Dairy Cattle Management
To generate and increase income for the 22 families in the community of Ingavi Cobija, the YCADF strengthened and improved dairy cow production. Two hectares of pasture were established, along with the donation of one dairy cow to each family. Two bulls were also provided for use by the entire community. The project included the construction of a stable for each family, with a capacity for three head of cattle, equipment, and a starter kit of veterinary medical supplies. Training and technical assistance were provided to community members in dairy cow management and project administration.
